Customer satisfaction is our top priority.  If you receive an order that is not what you wanted, what you thought it would be, or not up to your expectations, return it!  We’ll be happy to issue you a credit or send you a replacement.

Furniture Return Policy

  1. All furniture must be inspected and signed for by the customer.
  2. Furniture that is unpacked and installed by Bill Warren Office Products may only be returned at the time of delivery before it is accepted.  Returns due to customer error will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
  3. All furniture that is assembled by Bill Warren Office Products may only be returned due to damage, defect, or incorrect item at the time of delivery before it is accepted.  Assembled items cannot be returned due to customer error.
  4. Special order furniture may only be returned due to damage, defect, or incorrect item, at the time of delivery before it is accepted.  Special order furniture cannot be returned due to customer error.
  5. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.  Items must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition.  Customers must report any discrepancies in quantity or condition of the order at the time the delivery is received.
  6. All furniture returns require a return authorization.  Please contact Customer Service at 405-947-5676 for your return authorization.

 

Manufacturer’s warranties will be honored and applied by Bill Warren Office Products.
